dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce "Radioterapie nenádorových onemocnění" je zpracovaná jako obecný přehled některých nenádorových onemocnění, jejichž průběh či projevy je možné příznivě ovlivnit pomocí ionizujícího záření. V indikovaných případech lze konstatovat, že léčba pomocí ionizujícího záření přináší očekávaný efekt, její riziko je velmi nízké a také je ekonomicky přijatelná pro relativně nízké náklady na jednoho pacienta. V teoretické části je stručný přehled historického vývoje radioterapie a zmíněna technická vybavenost, podmínky a principy, které musí být splněny pro aplikaci této léčby. V praktické části bakalářské práce je pozornost obrácena na statistické vyhodnocení účinnosti ozařovacích předpisů (efektu různých typů frakcionací) k terapii patní ostruhy, neboli calcar calcanei používaných na Onkologické a radioterapeutické klinice Fakultní nemocnice Plzeň.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis "Radiotherapy of Non-malignant Diseases" is composed as a general overview of some non-malignant diseases whose course and symptoms can be favorably influenced by ionizing radiation. If indicated, we can say that the treatment with ionizing radiation delivers the expected results. The risk is very low, and concerning the cosi, i tis a very inexpensive method. In the theoretical part, there is a brief overview of the historici development of radiotherapy. Technical facilities, conditions and principles used for such treatment are mentioned as well. In the practical part of the thesis, the attention is paid to statistics of the efficacy of radiation regulations (the effect of different types of fractionation). It is used by Oncology and Radiotherapy Department of University Hospital in Pilsen in the treatment of heel spurs, i. e. calcar calcanei.en
