| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na testování úchopové síly ve dvou posturálních pozicích (sed a stoj) pomocí dynamometru a posouzení vlivu fyzioterapeutické intervence na tuto sílu. Práce obsahuje informace o úchopu ruky, postuře, jejích patologických odchylkách a možnostech odstranění. Společnost QMI poskytla výzkumný soubor tvořený z 17 pracovníků společnosti Eissmann. Kontrolní skupinu tvořilo 17 fyzioterapeutů. Pro testování byla využita metoda měření pomocí dynamometru Jamar. Po počátečním měření proběhla edukace členů výzkumné skupiny o správném provedení daných pozic a byl jim předán návod na domácí cvičení. Kontrolní skupina neprošla fyzioterapeutickou intervencí. Druhé měření proběhlo po čtyřech týdnech. Získaná data byla odborně zpracována a vyobrazena pomocí grafů a tabulek. Z výsledků vyplívá, že fyzioterapeutická intervence v kombinaci s domácím cvičením měla pozitivní vliv na posturální zajištění probandů a tím i na sílu stisku probandů. Součástí práce jsou také doporučení pro správné posturální nastavení během pracovních činností. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro další studie. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is dedicated to grip strength testing in two postural positions (sitting and standing) using a Jamar dynamometer and evaluating the impact of physiotherapeutic intervention on grip strength. The theoretical part contains various information about handgrip, posture, pathological postural deviations and possibilities of postural correction. Company QMI has provided a testing group of 17 workers of the Eissmann company. The control group consisted of 17 physiotherapists. A Jamar dynamometer has been used for grip strength testing. After the first test, probands of the testing group were corrected in two measured positions and they were given a set of exercises for individual training. The control group has not gone through any physiotherapeutic intervention. The second measurement took place after four weeks. Gathered data was processed and depicted by graphs and tables. From the results one can see that the physiotherapeutic intervention had a positive impact on postural stabilisation and grip strength. Another component of this thesis are recommendations for correct postural alignment during work activities. The results can be used for further studies. | en |
