dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku spojenou s klasifikačním systémem ošetřovatelských diagnóz podle taxonomie NANDA II. Teoretická část popisuje ošetřovatelský proces či tvorbu ošetřovatelských diagnóz. Ale také lidské potřeby ve vztahu k ošetřovatelské péči a samozřejmě i vývoj a probletiku klasifikačního systému taxonomie NANDA II. Praktická část je zaměřena na postoj sester k využívání této taxonomie v klinické praxi, znalosti sester o taxonomii NANDA II s postoj sester k tvorbě ošetřovatelských diagnóz.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the problems connected to the classification system of the nusing diagnosis based on the NANDA II taxonomy. Theoretical part contains care process and development of the nursing diagnosis, human needs in the relation to the nursing care and also the development and problems of the taxonomy system NANDA II. Practical part is aimed on the nurses attitude to the usage of this taxonomy in the clinical practice, on familiarity of nurses with the NANDA II taxonomy and on the attitude of nurses to the development of the nursing diagnosis.	en
