Cílem bylo popsat postup likvidace společnosti a upozornit na možné problémy. V další části diplomové práce popisuji činnosti likvidátora v obchodní společnosti. Záměrem této diplomové práce je přispět k porozumění dané problematiky.cs

The aim of this thesis is to describe the liquidation procedure and to point out the potential problems that could occur during liquidation. In the next part of the thesis contains activities of liquidator in the company. Focus of the thesis is to understand these problems.en
