dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá tématem role ergoterapeuta při výběru mechanického vozíku pro jedince po poranění míchy. V teoretické části byla popsána mícha a rozdělení míšní léze, rehabilitace i jednotlivé fáze ergoterapie a v neposlední řadě mechanický vozík a dopad špatného nastavení mechanického vozíku pro jedince po poranění míchy. Praktická část obsahuje tři kazuistiky (dva pacienti mají paraplegickou míšní lézi a jeden má tetraplegickou míšní lézi, všichni pacienti jsou muži), které jsou hodnoceny testy Spinal Cord Independence Measure (SCIM III), hodnocením Mechanical Assesment Tool (MAT) a dotazníkem kvality života The World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL) BREF.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the role of the occupational therapist and the process of selecting a manual wheelchair for the individuals after spinal cord injury. The theoretical part describes the spinal cord and spinal cord lesion distribution, rehabilitation and individual phases of occupational therapy. Furthermore the thesis explores the manual wheelchair settings and the impact of incorrect wheelchair set up for individuals after spinal cord injury. The practical part contains three case reports (two patients have a paraplegic spinal lesion and one has a tetraplegic spinal lesion, all patients are male) the Spinal Cord Independence Measure (SCIM III), the Mechanical Assesment Tool (MAT) and the Quality of Life Questionnaire. World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL) BREF was applied for the evaluation of the wheelchair set up.en
