dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá Alzheimerovou chorobou a její diagnostikou pomocí zobrazovacích metod. V teoretické části je popsána Alzheimerova nemoc, její projevy a dále jsou zde popsány zobrazovací metody, které slouží k diagnostice tohoto onemocnění. Zmiňuji se zde také o dalších postupech napomáhajících k diagnostice. Praktickou část této práce tvoří kvalitativní výzkum, který popisuje projevy nemoci u konkrétních pacientů a metody použité při diagnostice. Výzkum se skládá ze 4 pacientů, kteří byli ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň vyšetřováni pro podezření na neurodegenerativní onemocnění, a kterým nakonec byla komplexem diagnostických vyšetření potvrzena diagnóza morbus Alzheimer.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor's thesis deals with the Alzheimer's disease and its diagnostics using the methods of diagnostic imaging. There is discribed the Alzheimer's disease with its symptoms in the theoretical part, following description of the methods of diagnostic imaging used for diagnoscitcs of this disease. I also mention the another procedures, which contribute to diagnostics. The practical part of the thesis contains the qualitative research, which discribes the symptoms of specific patiens and the methods used for diagnostics. The research consists of four patiens, who were examinand in the University hospital in Pilsen for the suspicion of the neurodegenerative disease and who were diagnosed with morbus Alzheimer by a komplex of diagnostic examinations.en
