dc.description.abstractAutor v práci nejprve představil teoretickou debatu na téma populismu a uvedl příklady populistických subjektů v České republice a Evropě. Jádrem práce byla analýza jednotlivých projevů regionálního populismu. Analýza byla prováděna na základě mediálních výstupů, tiskových zpráv a interních dokumentů městských úřadů. Celkem došlo k analýze tří případů populistických opatření. Autor dospěl po analýze k závěru, že všechny uvedené projevy splňují charakteristiky populistického jednání, stanovené v testu populismu. Následně byl v práci popsán příklad průniku představitele regionálního populismu na celostátní politickou scénu a jeho následky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn his degree thesis author presented a theoretical debate concerning the topic of populism and listed examples of populist subjects in the Czech Republic and Europe. The core of the thesis was the analysis of individual demonstrations of the regional populism. The analysis was made on the basis of media exposures, press releases and internal documents of municipal authorities. Three cases of populist measures were analysed in total. Following the analysis the author has come to conclusion that all demonstrations listed meet the characteristics of populist action, as set in the populist test. Subsequently, the thesis describes an example of how a representative of regional populism penetrates the statewide political scene and the consequences thereof.en
