dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší dva vybrané díly, které tvoří jeden montážní celek. Porovnávají se zde nové a staré koncepce výroby obou dílů z hlediska dosažených svařovacích a obráběcích časů, které vyplynuly z historie časů, kdy se díly vyráběly.Popisuje se zde obě koncepční varianty z hlediska členů a upínání. Jeden díl nové koncepce výroby je inovován z hlediska technologičnosti tak, aby výrobní náklady byly menší a snížily se tak časy na zhotovení celého dílu. Jednotlivé náklady jsou zahrnuty v práci. Pro posouzení zdali inovovaná koncepce výroby vyhovuje stejně jako stará a nová koncepce výroby v praxi se využilo pevnostní statické analýzy všech variant vytvořené v modelovacím systému. Pomocí normovaných časů a tarifů cen daných firmou se zjistily materiálové a výrobní náklady všech konstrukcí. U inovované konstrukce není normovaný čas podpořen praxí, a proto se jedná o odhadovaný čas.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis takes two selected parts that form one assembly . Compared there are new and old concepts for both parts in terms of achievements welding and machining time , which resulted from the history of the times when the parts were made . Disclosed herein is both conceptual variants in terms of subsections and clamping. One part of the new concept of production is upgraded from a technology point of view , so that production costs were smaller and thus decreased at times making the whole piece. Individual costs are included in the work. To assess whether innovative concepts for suits as well as old and new concepts for the practice to take advantage of the static strength analysis of all variants created in the modeling system. With time allowances prices and tariffs of the company has identified the material and production costs of construction. With innovative design is not standardized time supported the practice , and therefore, the estimated time.	en
