dc.description.abstractAfrika je kontinentem odkud nikdy nevzešla žádná tzv. tradiční mocnost, ale existují regiony jako např. jižní či západní Afrika, kde se vyskytují tzv. nastupující mocnosti. Naopak regiony jako východní či střední Afrika nemají žádnou zřejmou potenciální mocnost. Právě východní Afrika je předmětem výzkumu této diplomové práce. Mocenská hierarchie bude měřena pomocí směrodatné odchylky nad regionálním průměrem. Po určení potenciálních mocenských center budou popsány zdroje jejich moci a nastíněn vliv jaký mají na regionální politiku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedAfrica is the continent where no so-called traditional power has ever emerged, but there are regions such as Southern or Western Africa where so-called emerging powers are. By contrast, regions such as Eastern or Central Africa have no obvious potential power. East Africa is the subject of this diploma thesis. The power hierarchy will be measured by a standard deviation above the regional average. After identifying potential power centers, the resources of their power will be described and outlined their impact on regional policy.en
