dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou Peer to Peer půjček, které jsou poskytované pomocí online platforem. Diplomová práce definuje veškerá specifika této problematiky a její odlišnosti od tradičních bankovních úvěrů. Cílem práce je analyzovat trh Peer to Peer půjček v České republice. Dílčí cíl zahrnuje analýzu českých i zahraničních platforem, uvádí možná rizika související s činností jednotlivých platforem a legislativou nutnou pro jejich správné fungování. V neposlední řadě je zhodnocena současná situace P2P půjček v České republice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Master's Thesis deals with the analysis of Peer to Peer loans which are provided through online platforms. The Thesis defines all the specifics of this issue and its differences from traditional bank loans. The objective of the Master's Thesis is to analyse the Peer to Peer loan market in the Czech Republic. The partial objective includes the analysis of Czech and foreign platforms, lists the possible risks that are related to the activities of individual platforms and the legislation necessary for their proper functioning. Finally, the current situation of P2P loans in the Czech Republic is evaluated.en
