| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se věnuje problematice genderu u subkultury Policie České republiky. Předvýzkum i výzkum byl proveden v 5. platových třídách obvodních oddělení policie okresu Tachov. Zaměřuje se zejména na subjektivní vnímání této problematiky ze strany mužů a žen v přímém výkonu služby, kde je zapotřebí psychická i fyzická odolnost a připravenost. Předvýzkum byl vytvořen v terénu pomocí nestrukturovaných rozhovorů a samotný výzkum pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s celkem 41 policisty a 8 policistkami. Pokládané otázky se zaměřují na mezilidské vztahy, projevy a zkušenosti aktérů tohoto policejního prostředí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is dedicated to the issue of gender within the police subculture in the Czech Republic. The author conducted research in five different pay grade groups within the police department of the Tachov district. This thesis focuses on the issue of perceived competency of men and women during work shifts, where physical and mental fitness is necessary. The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with a total of 41 male police officers and 8 female police officers. Interview topics focused on interpersonal interactions, experiences, and motivations. | en |
