dc.description.abstractS tím, jak naše společnost stárne, roste tlak na prodlouženou participaci seniorů na trhu práce. Pozdější odchod do důchodu je hlavní součástí představ o aktivním stárnutí. Naopak péče o druhé, např. o vnoučata, v úvahách o aktivním stárnutí tolik zdůrazňována není. Přitom se také jedná o náročnou aktivitu, která navíc může být motivací, proč opustit trh práce dříve. Bakalářská práce se zabývá odchody do důchodu v souvislosti s prarodičovstvím v České republice. Cílem v ní je zjistit, jak a případně za jakých okolností existence a věk vnoučat ovlivňují načasování odchodu do důchodu. Hlavním zdrojem dat je mezinárodní panelové šetření SHARE, které je analyzováno za pomocí statistického softwaru R.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedAs our society ages, the pressure for extending the participation of the elders in the working process is increasing. Late retirement is a major part of images of active aging. On the contrary, taking care of others, grandchildren, for example, is not stressed enough in the active aging considerations, even though it is also a challenging activity, that can also become a motivation for leaving the working process earlier. The undergraduate thesis deals with retirement-related to grandparenthood in the Czech Republic and aims to determine how and if so, under what circumstances the existence and age of grandchildren affect the retirement timing. The main source of data was the international panel investigation SHARE. The data were analyzed with a use of the R statistical software.en
