| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce na téma "Analgetika, sedativa - způsob jejich podání v dětské neodkladné péči " se zabývá používanými analgetiky a sedativy a jejich možnými cestami podání u dětí v rámci zdravotnické záchranné služby a oddělením dětské intenzivní péče. Práce na má teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část má 4 kapitoly. V první kapitole je popsáno rozdělení dětského věku, odlišnosti v dětské anatomii a fyziologii, odlišnosti ve farmakokinetice a vnímání bolesti u dětí. V druhé kapitole jsou popsány možné způsoby aplikace léků a jejich dělení. Třetí kapitola pojednává o analgetikách, jejich dělení a působení u dětí. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá sedativy a jejich dělením a působením u dětí. V praktické časti, popisujeme výsledek dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na nejčastěji podávaná analgetika a sedativa u dětí, jejich nejčastější nežádoucí účinky a nejčastěji volené aplikace podání. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit možné rozdíly používání analgetik a sedativ na zdravotnické záchranné službě a zdravotnickými zařízeními. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Bachelor thesis on topic "Analgetics and Sedatives - routes of administration in pediatric pre-hospital emergency care " deals with the most used analgetics and sedatives and possibilities of their application by emergency medical services or in pediatric intensive care unit. The thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are described division of childhood, differences in anatomy and physiology of children, differences in pharmacokinetic and pain preception in children. The second chapter contains possible routes of administrations. In the third chapter are described the most use analgetics, their division and their effects on children. The fourth chapter countains used sedatives, their division and their effects on children. In the practical part we describe results of survey which concetrates on the most common used analgetics and sedatives on children, side effects and routes of administration. Another goal was describe possible differences of analgetics and sedatives used in children between emergency medical services and pediatric intensive care unit. | en |
