dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na proţívání vlastního těhotenství a porodu porodní asistentkou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje, k jakým psychickým změnám dochází v průběhu těhotenství a porodu i jakou roli hraje porodní asistentka v ţivotě těhotné a rodící ţeny. Zaměřuje se na náročné situace, se kterými se porodní asistentka můţe v průběhu své praxe setkat a které mohou ovlivnit její subjektivní proţívání vlastního těhotenství a porodu. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem, kde je pouţit polostandardizovaný rozhovor. Obsahuje písemně zaznamenané rozhovory se třemi porodními asistentkami s několikaletou praxí, které popsaly proţitky vlastního těhotenství a porodu. Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na identifikaci pocitů porodních asistentek, které proţívaly během vlastního těhotenství a porodu. Také se soustředí na to, do jaké míry byly porodní asistentky ovlivněny v proţívání vlastního těhotenství a porodu svými znalostmi a zkušenostmi z praxe porodní asistentky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the experience of pregnancy and childbirth in a midwife. A theoretical part of the thesis describes the psychological changes which occur during pregnancy and childbirth and the role of a midwife in a pregnant woman and a woman in childbirth. This part is aimed at difficult situations which the midwife may meet during her practice and that may affect her own subjective experience of pregnancy and childbirth. A practical part of the thesis deals with the qualitative research, which comprises a semi-structured interview. Subsequently, it contains written - recorded interviews with three midwives who describe their own experience with pregnancy and childbirth. The bachelor thesis is focused on identifying of feelings of midwives experiencing during the pregnancy and childbirth. The thesis also concentrates on the fact how the midwives were affected in their own experience of pregnancy and childbirth by their knowledge and the practice of midwives.en
