dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma Compliance pacientů užívajících antikoagulační terapii se zabývá důležitostí pacienta spolupracovat a podílet se na léčbě. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé léky antikoagulační terapie a jejich působení v organismu, režimová opatření při této léčbě a související edukace pacientů. Zahrnuty jsou také aspekty správné komunikace s pacientem a přiblížila jsem partnerský vztah pacienta s lékařem. V praktické části analyzuji výsledky dotazníkového šetření, kde jsem zjišťovala míru informovanosti pacientů o léčbě, míru efektivní edukace, zda pacient důvěřuje lékaři a dodržuje léčebný režim. V závěru jsem vyhodnotila celkovou complianci při antikoagulační léčbě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis on Compliance of patients receiving anticoagulant treatment deals with importance of pacient's co-operation and participation in the treatment. There are described individual drugs of anticoagulant treatment and their effect on the organism in the theoretical part of the thesis, also regime measured during this treatment and related education of patients. There are included the aspects of appropriate communication with the patient and also is introduced relationship between patient and doctor. In the practical part there I analyzed the results of the survey, where I tried to measure patients' know-how about the treatment; I also found the rate of effective education, if the patient trusts to the doctor and follows the regime of the treatment. In the end I evaluated general compliance of patients during the anticoagulant treatment.en
