dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá tématem mnichovské dohody. Okolnostmi jejího vzniku, zejména pak detailnímu popisu československo-německých vztahů. Zároveň obsahuje výčet mezinárodních smluv, které ČSR uzavřela se svými spojenci. V práci jsou objasněny důvody pro neplatnost mnichovské dohody a její vztah k dekretální pravomoci prezidenta republiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis serves to clarify the Treaty of Munich and position of the Czechoslovakian Republic before World War II. This topic is still viewed very controversially in the context of the world?s history and, specially, of the Czechoslovakian history. Treaty of Munich was an impulse for the publication of Decrees of the president of the Czechoslovakian Republic, which are mostly known for the displacement of German residents from the Czech border areas. The main reason for the publication of the Treaty of Munich was the displacement of Czech residents from the Czech border areas and joining of these areas to Nazi Germany. The secondary but also a very important reason was keeping peace in Europe. From the view of the Czech political representation, the Treaty of Munich was illegal from the moment when it was signed by France, Great Britain, Italy and Germany. This thought was the main point for the restoration of the Czechoslovakian Republic after World War II.en
