dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá využitím zobrazovacích metod při vyšetřování podezření na týrání dítěte. Skládá se z části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická obsahuje stručné shrnutí pediatrické radiologie, popis anatomie nejčastěji postižených struktur nebo částí těla a obecnou charakteristiku využívaných zobrazovacích metod. Dále je v práci popsán syndrom týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte, a především jednotlivá vyšetření na zobrazovacích metodách využívaná v této problematice. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části je stručné vymezení vhodného přístupu radiologického asistenta k pacientovi s podezřením na syndrom CAN. V praktické části je zpracována statistika pro zjištění výskytu syndromu týraného dítěte na území České republiky. Dále je uvedeno 6 kazuistik týraných dětí, u nichž byly využity zobrazovací metody k diagnostice syndromu týraného dítěte.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis deals with the use of imaging methods in investigation on suspicion of child abuse. It is composed of theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part includes brief summary of pediatric radiology, description of anatomy of the most frequently affected structures or parts of body and general characteristic of the used imaging methods. Furthermore, the child abuse and neglect syndrome is described, and primarily particular examinations on the imaging methods used in this issue. Last chapter of theoretical part is a brief definition of suitable approach of radiographer to a patient suspected of CAN syndrome. The practical part includes statistics for detection of child abuse syndrome in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, there are six case reports where imaging methods were used to diagnose child abuse syndrome.en
