dc.description.abstractCílem práce je především seznámit čtenáře s problematikou daně dědické, daně darovací a daně z převodu nemovitosti z širšího pohledu, s jejich zasazením do systému daní České republiky a zároveň prezentovat jejich efektivnost v kontextu s oprávněností existence těchto daní a předložit případné řešení, které by vedlo ke zlepšení problematiky transferových daní.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this diploma thesis is primarily to acquaint the reader with the issue of inheritance tax, gift tax and real estate transfer tax from a broader perspective, with its setting in the tax system of the Czech Republic as well as presenting their effectiveness in the context of the legitimacy of the existence of these taxes and to present possible solutions that would to improve the problem of transfer taxes.en
