dc.description.abstractJe mnoho důvodů, proč se státy rozhodnou své vnitřní území uspořádat do podoby federace. Můžeme zmínit rozlehlé území státu, historický vývoj či rozdílnost obyvatelstva v ohledech, jako jsou například náboženství nebo jazyk. V případě Kanady se jedná o všechna výše zmíněná hlediska a právě tato skutečnost činí z kanadského federalismu velmi zajímavý a originální objekt pro výzkum. Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza kanadského federalismu. Nejprve srovnám současnou podobu kanadského federalismu vzhledem k teorii federalismu. Poté následuje historicko-politická analýza vývoje a utváření kanadské federace. Pozornost bude také věnována současné situaci a především problémům, kterým kanadská federace čelí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThere are many reasons why states decide to organize their internal structure as federation. We can mention the vast area of the state, historical development or dissimilarity among the inhabitants in the aspects like religion or language. In case of Canada, all these standpoints must be taken into account and this fact makes Canada very interesting and original case for study. The main aim of this thesis is the analysis of Canadian federalism. The current state of Canadian federalism is compared to the theory of federalism at first. Then I will analyze the historical and political aspects of development and formation of Canadian federation. The current situation, specially the problems, are also mentioned and analyzed.en
