dc.description.abstractMá bakalářská práce shrnuje dosud nasbírané poznatky o léčbě polytraumatizovaného pacienta. Popisuje jednotlivé kroky léčby o postiženého od příjezdu zdravotnické záchranné služby na místo nehody až po předání pacienta do zdravotnického zařízení. V teoretické části jsou podrobně vysvětleny a popsány příčiny vzniku polytraumatu, závažnost těchto stavů. Dále se zabývám popsáním postupu ošetření včetně zajištění základních životních funkcí, zástavy krvácení, imobilizace, analgézie a následného transportu. Praktická část obsahuje několik grafů a tabulek. Týkají se dat o pacientech zajištěných ZZS na území plzeňského kraje za rok 2010, kteří měli diagnózu polytrauma. Získané údaje jsem rozdělila podle několika kritérií, např. pohlaví, věk, úmrtnost, apod.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy thesis summarizes so far gained knowledge of the treatment for a patient afflicted by multiple trauma. Particular steps of treatment are described from the arrival of a emergency team to the scene of a accident within the time when the patient is accepted in the hospital. The thesis is divided into two parts. The causes of multiple trauma are described and explained in the theoretical part of my essay. As a next step I describe the process of ensuring the basic life functions, arresting the bleeding, immobilization, passing the painkillers, and subsequent transport. The practical part includes many graphs and charts. The data are based on the information about patients treated by ZZS in the Pilsen area during the 2010 period. All patients were diagnosed by multiple trauma. The data are sorted for example by age, gender, death rate, etc.en
