dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty se sebepoškozováním v prostředí vězeňské nemocnice.V teoretické části popisuji základní informace o sebepoškozování,příčiny,diagnostiku,možnosti léčby a specifika ošetřovatelské péče.Kladu důraz na model psychodynamického ošetřovatelství H.E. Peplau,tedy model interpersonálních vztahů,jeho hlavní jednotky a popis jednotlivých fází modelu.V praktické části se věnuji třem pacientům,kteří se sebepoškozují, U všech pacientů je zpracována kompletní anamnéza a katamnéza,následovaná ošetřovatelským procesem H.E.Peplau a ošetřovatelským plánem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of nursing care for patients with self-harming in the environment of prison hospital. The theoretical part describes the basic information about self-harming, causes, diagnostics, treatment options and the specifics of nursing care. The thesis emphasizes the model of psychodynamics nursing of H. E. Peplau, therefore model of interpersonal relationships, its main units and the description of the various phases of the model. The practical part of my work is focused on the three patients who are suffering from self-harming, each of them described with a complete medical history and catamnesis, followed by a H.E. Peplau nursing process and a nursing plan.en
