dc.description.abstractPráce popisuje židovskou imigraci a její vliv na arabské obyvatelstvo v Palestině v období od konce 19. století do konce Britského mandátu. První část práce popisuje vztahy mezi Židy a Araby na konci 19. století a počátku 20. století, kdy byla oblast Palestiny pod nadvládou Osmanské říše. Dále je čtenář seznámen s jednotlivými vlnami židovské imigrace do Palestiny a s popisem stavu oblasti Palestiny v průmyslu a zemědělství v době Osmanské nadvlády. Stěžejní část práce začíná šestou kapitolou, kde se prostřednictvím analýzy dat z oblasti zdravotnictví, průmyslu či zemědělství snažím postihnout změny, ke kterým docházelo v průběhu židovské imigrace a určit možný vliv na arabské obyvatelstvo v Palestině.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis describes jewish immigration and its impact upon arabic population in Palestine from the end of 19th century until the end of British mandate. First part of the work describes relations between Jews and Arabs under the Ottoman rule. The following part is an introduction to jewish immigration to Palestine. The crucial part of the work begins with sixth chapter, which deals with analyse of the impact of jewish immigration upon arabic population within a Public Health, Industry and Agriculture sphere. By analyzing the data from mentioned spheres the thesis demonstrates the changes and possible impact of these changes upon arabic population in Palestine.en
