| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, vyhodnotit a komparovat námi získaná data týkající se struktury vzdělanostní úrovně zkoumaného souboru výkonnostních hráčů fotbalu se strukturou vzdělanostní úrovně populace mužů ČR (ČSÚ, 2011). V teoretickém rozboru je popsán vzdělávací systém v ČR a možnosti vzdělávání sportovně nadaných jedinců. Je popsána řada faktorů, které mohou hráče ovlivňovat v průběhu fotbalové kariéry a současného vzdělávání. Mezi tyto faktory patří např. společenské, rodinné a fotbalové prostředí, ale i intelektové předpoklady jedince. V praktické části na základě komparace jsme zaznamenali z věcného hlediska největší rozdíly mezi námi sledovaným souborem a populací mužů ČR v kategoriích "střední, s výučním listem" o 32 % ve prospěch populace mužů a "střední, s maturitou" ve prospěch hráčů výkonnostního fotbalu o 20,3 %. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main objective of this work was to evaluate and compare collected data concerning the structure of the education level of an examined group of football players at the performance level with the structure of education level of the male population of the Czech Republic (CZSO, 2011). In the theoretical analysis, there is a description of the educational system in the Czech Republic and educational facilities for talented sporting individuals. A variety of factors is described which can influent the player during his football career and simultaneous process of education. Other factors concerned could also be e.g. social, family or football environment or intellectual condition of the individual. In the practical part of the work on the basis of comparison in objective terms are monitored the biggest differences between the examined group and the male population of the Czech Republic in categories 'secondary with apprenticeship certificate' by 32 % in favour of male population of 'secondary with GCSE' in favour of football players at performance level by 20.3 %. | en |
