dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o ženu v šestinedělí z pohledu terénní porodní asistentky a skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje historii šestinedělí, zabývá se tématem jak se stát soukromou porodní asistentkou a jaké jsou její kompetence. Poté popisuje problematiku šestinedělí, involuční změny, patologické šestinedělí, psychické změny u ženy, kojení a péčí o ženu i novorozence v tomto období. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem, který obsahuje dva rozhovory. Prvním respondentem je soukromá porodní asistentka, která se stará i o ženy v šestinedělí a druhým respondentem je žena v období šestinedělí, která využila péči soukromé porodní asistentky. Na základě získaných informací z jednotlivých rozhovorů jsou stanoveny výsledky odpovídající cílů bakalářské práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the care of a woman in confinement from point of view of field midwife and consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the history of confinement, deals with the topic of how to become a private midwife and what are her competencies. After that there are described the problems as confinement, involutional changes, pathological confinement, psychological changes in woman, breastfeeding and care for the woman and newborn infants during this period. The practical part includes qualitative research, which includes two interviews. The first respondent is a private midwife, who takes care of women in the postpartum period and the second respondent is a woman in the postpartum period, which used care of private midwife. Based on information gathered from individual interviews there are determined the results corresponding the aim of this thesis.en
