Práce je členěna do 7 hlavních kapitol a obsahuje charakteristiku základních pojmů, vývoj právní úpravy, představení Generální inspekce bezpečnostních sborů, popis postavení státního zástupce, statistiku trestných činů, výběr nejčastěji páchaných trestných činů příslušníky bezpečnostních sborů a výčet preventivních opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis rigorous thesis deals with the analysis of crimes committed by members of the police, customs administration and prison service, as well as the position of the public prosecutor in this area. The thesis is divided into 7 main chapters and contains a description of basic concepts, the development of legislation, an introduction to the General Inspectorate of Security Forces, a description of the position of the public prosecutor, statistics of crimes, a selection of the most frequently committed crimes by members of the security forces, and a list of preventive measures.en
