dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá udržitelností ve výstavbě. Jsou zhodnoceny základní aspekty udržitelnosti, které ovlivňují navrhování a výstavbu moderních budov. Také jsou popsány nástroje pro certifikaci udržitelnosti budov ve stavebnictví. Další část je věnována energetické náročnosti budov. Poslední část se zabývá náklady životního cyklu stavby. Praktická část práce se věnuje posouzení kvality budovy s ohledem na principy udržitelné výstavby metodikou českého národního certifikačního nástroje SBToolCZ pro referenční rodinný dům, následnému vyhodnocení a optimalizaci řešení z pohledu environmentu. Pro referenční dům i navržená variantní řešení jsou posouzeny náklady životního cyklu. Dále je provedena analýza, která je zaměřena na přístup laické společnosti k otázce udržitelného bydlení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical part of the thesis deals with sustainability in construction. Basic aspects of sustainability that influence the design and construction of modern buildings are evaluated. Tools for the certification of building sustainability in the construction industry are also described. Another part is devoted to the energy efficiency of buildings. The last part deals with the life cycle costs of buildings. The practical part of the work is devoted to the assessment of the quality of the building with regard to the principles of sustainable construction of the methodology of the Czech national certification tool SBToolCZ for the reference family house, the subsequent evaluation and optimization of the solution from the environmental point of view. Life cycle costs are assessed for both the reference house and the proposed alternative solutions. Furthermore, an analysis is carried out, which is focused on the approach of lay society to the issue of sustainable housing.en
