dc.description.abstractVe své bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala možnostmi ovlivnění stereotypu chůze po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Práce obsahuje dvě části. První část je teoretická, zaměřena na vývoj a problematiku totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu, kineziologii kolena. Poté je zde, popsán vývoj a stereotyp lokomoce, pooperační zásady a rehabilitační léčba. Druhá praktická část, obsahuje čtyři kazuistická šetření a jejich vyhodnocení s následnou diskuzí a závěrem. Z výsledků kazuistik bylo zjištěno, že pacienti jsou schopni naučit se za čtrnáct dní chodit správným stereotypem chůze. Jsou zde obsaženy videozáznamy stereotypu chůze před a po operaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my bachelor paper I deal with the possibilities of influencing walking stereotypes after a total knee joint endoprosthesis implantation. The paper consists of two parts. The first part is a theoretical one, it is focused on the development and problems of the total knee joint endoprosthesis and kinesiology of the knee. Further I deal with the evolution of a walking stereotype, postoperative treatment and physical therapy. The practical part of the paper works with four cases and their reports, their evaluation and subsequent discussion and conclusion. From the results of casuistries was found that patients are able to learn to walk correct walking stereotypes for a fortnight. There are some videos of walking stereotypes before and after total knee joint replacement included in this part.en
