dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce s názvem "Příprava a realizace teambuildingové akce ve formě outdoorových aktivit" si klade za cíl připravit a popsat organizaci této akce a následně její realizaci a uskutečnění za účasti veřejnosti. V teoretické části se věnuji popisu teambuildingu a jeho využití, dále charakteristice vybraných outdoorových aktivit - vodní turistika, kulturně poznávací činnost, geocaching a paddleboarding. Seznamuji také čtenáře s potřebným materiálním vybavením a s historií těchto aktivit. Pozornost věnuji bezpečnosti outdoorových kurzů a také projektovému řízení důležitému k realizaci podobných akcí. V praktické části popisuji plánování celé akce, představení harmonogramu na jednotlivé dny a věnuji se popisu a hodnocení průběhu akce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis entitled "Preparation and implementation of a team building event in the form of outdoor activities" aims to prepare and describe the organization of this event and subsequently its implementation and realization with the participation of the public. In the theoretical part, I focus on the description of team building and its use, as well as the characteristics of selected outdoor activities - water tourism, cultural exploration, geocaching and paddleboarding. I also introduce readers to the necessary material equipment and the history of these activities. I also pay attention to the safety of outdoor courses as well as pro-ject management important for the implementation of similar events. In the practical part, I describe the planning of the entire event, the presentation of the sche-dule for individual days, and I deal with the description and evaluation of the course of the event.en
