| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na popsání a zhodnocení řízení zásob ve zvoleném podniku. V úvodní části práce jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky, týkající se problematiky zásob ve vztahu k podniku a různé metody a systémy řízení zásob. Další část práce je zaměřena prakticky. Ve zvolené společnosti, která si nepřeje být identifikována a v textu je označována jako společnost GAMA, s. r. o., je popsán způsob organizace řízení zásob, členění a oceňování zásob, informační systém SAP, využívaný pro řízení zásob i obsah a struktura pravidelného reportingu zásob. Činnosti nutné pro zajištění dostatku výrobních zásob a optimalizace množství skladových zásob informačním systémem SAP jsou podrobně popsány na konkrétní výrobní zakázce. Obsahem práce jsou dílčí zhodnocení a navrhovaná zlepšující opatření v rámci vysvětlované problematiky. Na závěr práce je uvedeno stručné celkové zhodnocení a navržená zlepšující opatření pro řízení zásob jako celek. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented thesis is focused on the inventory control description and evaluation in a selected company. In the introduction, there are mentioned theoretical knowledges concerning the inventory issues in relation to the company and various methods and systems of inventory control. The next part of thesis is focused on practical matters. In the selected company, which does not want to be identified and in the next text is called GAMA, s. r. o., there is described the method of inventory control organization, classification and inventory valuation, the SAP information system which is used for inventory management, as well as the content and structure of regular inventory reporting. The activities which are necessary to ensure sufficient inventory for production and inventory optimization which is made by SAP information system, are described in detail on a particular production order. This thesis contents a partial evaluation and suggested improvement actions within the explained issues. In the last part there is a brief overall assessment and suggested improvement actions of inventory management as a whole. | en |
