dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je efektivita ergoterapie v oblasti aktivního stárnutí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na stáří, stárnutí a jeho specifika. Dále je zde zahrnuto využití a role ergoterapie v oblasti aktivního stárnutí seniorů. Důležitou součástí je také edukace seniorů a veřejnosti. V praktické části jsou obsaženy data a výsledky z kvalitativního šetření získaného pomocí dotazníků. Dotazník byl sestaven za účelem zjistit míru aktivity seniorů z projektu aktivního stárnutí. Na základě dotazníků byla dále vyhodnocena efektivita ergoterapie v životech seniorů. Ze získaných dat byly doporučeny postupy pro praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the effectiveness of occupational therapy in ACTIVE AGING. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on old age, aging and its specifics. Furthermore,there is included the role of occupational therapy in active aging of seniors. Important part is also education of seniors and public. Practical part includes data and results of the research gained from questionnaire. Questionnaire was created to find out an activity of seniors in active aging. The results were evalulated and explored the effectiveness of occupational therapy in elderly care. Based on the results the recommendations was made for further practice.en
