| dc.description.abstract | Disertační práce se zabývá standardizací metadat ve spojení informačních systémů a multidisciplinárního datově orientovaného výzkumu v oblasti medicíny. Standardizace metadat v práci nespočívá pouze ve vhodném, jednoznačném a srozumitelném popisu založeném na ontologiích v jazyce OWL. Součástí je také standardizace procesů, která je realizována prostřednictvím vytvořené výzkumné platformy poskytující jednotné řešení často opakujících se úloh: ochrana osobních údajů, tvorba metadat a ETL, ontologický popis, archivace a manipulace s~daty, ostatní praktické použití dat, metadat a jejich popisu. | cs |

Metadata standardization in the thesis does not only consist of a suitable, unambiguous, and comprehensible description based on ontologies in the OWL language. It also includes the standardization of processes, which is implemented through a research platform providing a unified solution to frequently recurring tasks: personal data protection, metadata creation, ETL, ontological description, data archiving and manipulation, other practical uses of data, metadata, and their description. | en |
