dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku soustavy soudnictví za vlády Marie Terezie a Josefa II. Z důvodu kontinuity se však práce zabývá i soustavou soudnictví od počátku českého státu. Cílem této práce bylo objasnit, jak se postupně měnily názvy soudů, jejich kompetence a organizační uspořádání. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část popisuje soudnictví od počátku českého státu do roku 1620. Další část práce pojednává o soudech v období feudálního absolutismu. V následující kapitole je popsána soudní soustava za vlády Marie Terezie. V poslední části práce je rozvedena soudní soustava za vlády Josefa II.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the issue of the Judicial System under the reign of Maria Theresa and Joseph II. For reasons of continuity the work deals with the the Judicial System since the beginning of the Czech state. The aim of this diploma thesis was clarify how courts changed their names, competitions and organizational structure. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is described the judiciary since the beginning of the Czech state to 1620. Next part deals with courts in the time of the feudal absolutism. The following chapter is described the Judicial System under the reign of Maria Theresa. The last part is focused on the Judicial System under the reign of Joseph II.en
