dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje překladu právních textů, který je doplněn komentářem a glosářem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Theoretická část se věnuje teorii překladu, popisuje překladatelský proces a překladatelské postupy a rovněž zmiňuje typické rysy pro styl právních dokumentů. Praktická část obsahuje překlad dvou smluv, první překlad je z angličtiny do češtiny a druhý z češtiny do angličtiny. Překlady jsou doplněny komentáři a glosářem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor´s thesis deals with the translation of selected legal texts accompanied by a commentary and glossary. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to the translation theory, describes the translation process and translation procedures and also mentions the typical features for the style of legal documents. The practical part includes the translations of two contracts, the first translation is from English to Czech and the second one is from Czech to English. The translations are completed by the commentaries and the glossary.en
