| dc.description.abstract | Má bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou léčby bolesti zad za pomoci nevaskulárních intervenčních radiodiagnostických technik. Teoretická část popisuje základní anatomické struktury zad a příčiny, které bolesti zad způsobují. Popisuji zde nejčetněji prováděné nevaskulární intervenční metody a jejich průběh. Praktická část se soustřeďuje na cíl zjistit, v jakém úseku páteře se nejčastěji periradikulární terapie provádí s ohledem na věk a jaké pohlaví toto vyšetření podstupuje více. Jako další obsahuje 5 kazuistik s obrazovou dokumentací. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelors thesis deal with problematics of the back pain treatment with help of nonvascular radiodiagnostic intervention techniques. The theoretical part describes basic anatomical structures which are contained in the area of our back and reasons why backpain can be caused. I am describing the most common nonvascular interventions and their course. The practical part is focusing on goal to findout in what section of spine is periradicular therapy most used treatment, in what age and what gender are patients attending periradicular therapy the most.
