| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kraniotraumat v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Je rozdělena do dvou částí: části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část je rozdělena na kapitoly, které popisují anatomii lebky a mozku, vysvětlují pojem kraniotrauma a líčí mechanismy úrazu. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na primární a sekundární poranění hlavy a na přednemocniční neodkladnou péči o pacienty postižené tímto úrazem. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum, ve kterém proběhlo statistické šetření dat poskytnutých Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou Plzeňského kraje. Jednotlivé podkapitoly vytváří přehled o traumatech hlavy v přednemocniční péči v kalendářním roce 2014. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor diploma thesis deals with issues of craniotrauma in prehospital emergency care. The work is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part chapters the anatomy of the scull and the brain are being described, the term craniotrauma is explained and the mechanisms of injury are depicted. The bachelor diploma thesis focuses on primary and secondary head injuries and prehospital emergency care for patients who suffer such injuries. The practical part focuses on the research dealing with statistical survey data provided by the Medical Emergency Service of Plzeň Region. The text´s individual subsections show complex overview of head injuries in the prehospital care in 2014 in the area. | en |
