dc.description.abstractTato rigorózní práce se zabývá institutem zkoušek spolehlivosti prováděných Generální inspekcí bezpečnostních sborů (dále jen ?GIBS?) v České republice a jejich potenciálním využitím v trestním řízení. Cílem práce je podrobně analyzovat zkoušky spolehlivosti, identifikovat rizika a kontroverze spojené s jejich prováděním a navrhnout možnou právní úpravu pro jejich využití v trestním řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the institute of integrity tests conducted by the Inspectorate General of Security Forces (hereinafter referred to as "GIBS") in the Czech Republic and their potential use in criminal proceedings. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the integrity tests in detail, to identify the risks and controversies associated with their implementation and to propose a possible legal regulation for their use in criminal proceedings.en
