dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky intenzivní ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s respiračními infekcemi, se zvláštním zaměřením na pacienty s tracheostomickou kanylou hospi-talizované na jednotkách následné intenzivní péče. Teoretická část shrnuje nejčastější respirační infekce, jejich klinické projevy, komplika-ce a základní principy intenzivní ošetřovatelské péče, včetně péče o dýchací cesty, výživy, ko-munikace, prevence komplikací a role všeobecné sestry v multidisciplinárním týmu. Praktická část je zpracována formou kvantitativní analýzy sekundárních dat z odborných článků, výzkumů a zdravotnických statistik. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit specifika intenzivní péče a identifikovat nejčastější potřeby s respiračními infekcemi, přičemž byl kladen důraz na oblast jako péče o dýchací cesty, prevence dekubitů, výživa, rehabilitace a komunikace. Výsledky potvrzují náročnost a komplexnost ošetřovatelské péče u těchto pacientů a po-ukazují na nutnost individualizovaného, profesionálního a empatického přístupu sester při péči o kriticky nemocné.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the specifics of intensive nursing care in patients with respiratory infections, with a special focus on patients with tracheostomy cannula hospitalized in intensive care units. The theoretical part summarizes the most common respiratory infections, their clinical manifestations, complications and basic principles of intensive nursing care, including airway care, nutrition, communication, prevention of complications and the role of a general nurse in a multidisciplinary team. The practical part is processed in the form of quantitative analysis of secondary data from professional articles, research and health statistics. The aim of the work was to evaluate the specifics of intensive care and identify the most common needs with respiratory infections, with emphasis on areas such as airway care, pressure ulcer prevention, nutrition, rehabilitation and communication.en
