dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá právními úpravami institutu impeachmentu v různých zemích světa (Spojené státy americké, Brazílie, Jihoafrická republika a Litva) a jejich vzájemnou komparací. Klade si za úkol srovnat právní úpravy zemí se stejným systémem vlády s cílem najít shodné body a odlišnosti. Jejím záměrem je dále demonstrovat proces impeachmentu na konkrétním příkladu z praxe, detekovat problematické aspekty daných úprav a pokusit se poskytnout určité řešení zjištěných problémů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze legal regulation of the institute of the impeachment of certain states (the United States of America, Brazil, the Republic of South Africa and Lithuania) and subsequently compare relevant findings. Its goal is to compare legal regulation of the states with similar political system and find out the differences regarding impeachment. Furthermore, this thesis demonstrates the use of the impeachment on actual cases, analyzes problematic aspects of the regulation and tries to provide solutions that would fix those problems.en
