dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá aplikací znalostního managementu v závodním týmu Formula Student. První část práce se věnuje vymezení teoretických východisek znalostního managementu a rozboru současného stavu těchto prvků v týmu UWB Racing Team Pilsen. V aplikační části práce jsou definováni především znalostní pracovníci a je nastavena jednotná organizační struktura s vyznačeným procesem přenosu znalostí. Následně je aplikováno několik prvků znalostního managementu pro extrakci, ověření a uchování znalostí, včetně vytvoření znalostně informační databáze na platformě MediaWiki.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis aims at applying the Knowledge Management characteristics into the Formula Student university racing team. The first part is focused on defining the theoretical aspects of Knowledge Management and their contemporary application within the team. The second part is mostly focused on defining the Knowledge Management stakeholders, and on creating a unified organizational structure with the highlighted process of knowledge transmission. Finally, various elements of Knowledge Management are being applied to ensure the extraction, validation, and maintenance of knowledge, including the setup of the information database on the MediaWiki platform.en
