| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu zmrzlého ramene a možností fyzioterapeutických metod a intervencí vedoucí k léčebnému ovlivnění tohoto stavu. Práce je rozdělena na praktickou a teoretickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám problematikou pletence ramenního, jeho kineziologií a syndromem zmrzlého ramene, jeho etiologií, pojetím v zahraničí a rozborem jednotlivých speciálních metod a možnostmi fyzioterapie. Praktickou část jsem zpracoval formou kazuistik, kdy soubor je složen ze dvou pacientů se syndromem zmrzlého ramene ve druhé fázi onemocnění, a hledal jsem vhodné metody, které by kladně působily na snížení bolestivosti a zvětšení rozsahu pohybu pletence ramenního. Vyšlo mi, že omezení bolestivosti má souvislost se zvětšováním rozsahu pohybu a aktivity denního života jsou výrazně omezeny do zevní rotace. V závěru práce jsem poté zhodnotil výsledky výzkumu a hypotéz. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In my thesis I deal with the frozen shoulder syndrom condition and the means of physiotherapeutic methods and intervention to aid patients with this illness. My work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part I describe the topic of shoulder joint, kinesiology and the etiology of frozen shoulder and approach on this topic from different countries. Special techniques and the way of positively affecting this condition is important part of my theoretical part. The practical part is created according to casuistry when two patients were observed with the frozen shoulder syndrome in the second stage. The searching for suitable methods that would positively affect the pain and the range of motion of shoulder region was one of the goals of my thesis. Outcome of my study was that the reduction of pain has a direct link with increasing range of motion and the quality of activities of daily living. External rotation is markantly rectricted in this condition. At the conclusion I analysed results of research and of hypotheses. | en |
