| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem spolupráce veřejného a soukromého sektoru, definicí základních pojmů, které se k tématu vztahují, charakteristikou možných druhů spolupráce a zejména PPP projekty, jejich výhodami a nevýhodami.. Dále se práce zaměřuje na přehled etap procesu PPP až do samotného uzavření smlouvy. Také v práci zmiňuji rizika, jejich možný přenos a seznam jednotlivých rizik. V poslední části jsou uvedeny praktické příklady PPP projektů. | cs |

In addition, the thesis focuses on an overview of the stages of the PPP process until the actual conclusion of the contract.
