dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá průmyslovým závodem KLAUS Timber a.s., který je lokalizován v okrese Plzeň-jih, v části obce Kladrubce. V první části práce jsou vymezeny cíle práce, popsána metodika práce a rozebrána literatura týkající se tohoto tématu. Ve druhé části jsou nadefinovány základní pojmy jako průmyslový závod, lokalizační faktory nebo produkční sítě. Ve třetí části je popsána geografická charakteristika zvoleného regionu SO ORP Nepomuk. V této kapitole je stručná analýza obyvatelstva, trhu práce a dopravy z hlediska geografie. Čtvrtá část práce je věnována průmyslovému závodu KLAUS Timber a.s., kde jsou v jednotlivých kapitolách rozebrány pracovní síla závodu, lokalizace závodu, dodavatelsko-odběratelské vztahy závodu. Následuje stručná analýza tržeb, mezd a postavení průmyslového závodu v regionu. Poslední část je věnována postavením společnosti v produkčních sítích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on industrial plant KLAUS Timber a.s. This industrial plant is situated in the Pilsen-south district, in the part of Kladrubce village. The first part of the thesis describes the objectives of the thesis and the methodology used during the research and also analyzes scientific literature. The second part defines terms - for example industrial plant, localization factors or production networks. The third part describes geographic characteristics of chosen region SO ORP Nepomuk. In this chapter there is the brief analysis of population, labor market and transport. The fourth part is about industrial plant KLAUS Timber a.s., about its staff, localization and supplier-customer relationship. In this chapter there is the analysis of sales, wages and linkages between this industrial plant and SO ORP Nepomuk region. In the last part there is the description of the position of KLAUS Timber a.s. in the production networks.en
