Komplexní analýza životního cyklu výrobního procesu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Tento článek přináší komplexní analýzu životního cyklu (LCA)výrobního procesu a jeho komponent, se zaměřením na environmentálnídopady, zejména v oblasti spotřeby energie a produkce emisí CO2.Studie zkoumá všechny fáze životního cyklu, od dopravy komponent oddodavatelů, přes výrobu a manipulaci s komponentami až po dopravufinálního produktu k odběratelům. Na základě výsledků jsou navrženadoporučení ke snížení uhlíkové stopy a zvýšení efektivity výrobníchprocesů. Celý článek je doplněn tabulkami, grafy a obrázky pro lepšíilustraci výsledků.

This article presents a comprehensive life cycle analysis (LCA)of a manufacturing process and its components, focusing on the environmentalimpacts, particularly in the areas of energy consumption and CO2 emissions.The study examines all phases of the life cycle, from the transport of components fromsuppliers, through the production and handling of components to the transportthe final product to customers. Based on the results, the following are proposedrecommendations to reduce the carbon footprint and increase the efficiency of productionprocesses.
