dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s potřebou umělé plicní ventilace. Teoretická část práce pojednává o fyziologii respiračního systému, přístupech do dýchacích cest, problematice umělé plicní ventilace a ošetřovatelské péči o ventilovaného pacienta. Praktická část práce pomocí anonymních dotazníků zjišťuje znalosti a dovednosti sester pracujících na oddělení intenzivní péče v problematice umělé plicní ventilace. Zaměřuje se na monitoraci a znalost teorie umělé plicní ventilace, způsoby ošetřovatelské péče a komunikaci s nemocným na umělé plicní ventilaci. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že znalosti a dovednosti sester v intenzivní péči nejsou ve všech zkoumaných oblastech zcela ucelené, což také vedlo k vypracování návrhu standardu ošetřovatelské péče o nemocného na umělé plicní ventilaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor's thesis focuses on nursing care for patients needing mechanical lung ventilation. The theoretical part deals with the physiology of the respiratory system, airways access, issues of mechanical ventilation and nursing care for a ventilated patient. Using anonymous questionnaires, the practical part of the thesis investigates the knowledge and skills related to mechanical ventilation among nurses working in intensive care unit. This part concentrates on monitoring and theoretical knowledge of mechanical lung ventilation, methods of nursing care and communication with the ventilated patient. The research showed that the knowledge and skills of nurses in intensive care are not completely comprehensive in all the examined areas. Therefore, a standard of nursing care for patients with mechanical ventilation was drafted.en
