dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením hromadných neštěstí a katastrof v 21. století. V teoretické části je popsána problematika jednotlivých mimořádných událostí, složky integrovaného záchranného systému a legislativa, která se ho týká, dále úkoly jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému na místě vzniku mimořádné události, je nastíněna problematika krizového řízení a jeho legislativa a také je popsáno vybavení vozů pro řešení hromadných neštěstí. V praktické části jsou rozebrána dvě hromadná neštěstí, která se odehrála ve stejném kraji ČR s odstupem pouhých čtyř měsíců. Pomocí podrobného rozboru zásahu složek integrovaného záchranného systému je zde poukázáno na možnost zlepšení v některých oblastech, či zdůrazněn úspěch téměř bezchybného řešení hromadného neštěstí. Výzkum se také zaměřuje na zjišťování připravenosti hlavních složek integrovaného záchranného systému na řešení hromadných neštěstí a katastrof.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor diploma work deals with the resolution of the mass disasters and catastrophes in the 21st century. Theoretical part talks about the issues of individual incidents, sections of the Integrated Rescue Service and related legislation. It also describes duties of individual sectors of the Integrated Rescue Service at the original place of the incident. The crisis control is introduced as well as its legislation and car facilities used for mass accidents. Practical part deals with analysis of two mass accidents which took palce in the identical region in the Czech Republic just at the four month interval. Using the detailed analysis of the operation of the sections of the Integrated Rescue Service the study points out the possibility of an improvement of certain areas and stresses the success of nearly perfect solution of the mass accident. The research also focuses on finding out the readiness of the main sections of the Integrated Rescue Service for the solution to mass accidents and catastrophes.	en
