dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na roli Severoatlantické aliance (NATO) a Africké unie (AU) v procesu stabilizace Somálska, konkrétně na jejich spolupráci při potírání pirátství, povstaleckých a teroristických aktivit, zejména ze strany skupiny Al-Shabaab. Práce kombinuje teoretická východiska konceptu rozpadlého státu, nestátních aktérů a zahraničních intervencí s empirickou analýzou jednotlivých misí. Cílem práce je zhodnotit míru přínosu těchto organizací ke stabilizaci Somálska, identifikovat úspěchy a limity jejich strategií a zhodnotit efektivitu jejich spolupráce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the role of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the African Union (AU) in the stabilization process in Somalia, specifically on their cooperation in combating piracy, insurgent and terrorist activities, particularly those carried out by the Al-Shabaab group. The thesis combines theoretical foundations of the concept of a failed state, non-state actors, and foreign interventions with empirical analysis of individual missions. The aim of the thesis is to assess the extent to which these organizations contribute to the stabilization of Somalia, identify the successes and limitations of their strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of their cooperation.en
