dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá hotovostním oběhem ve světle zákona č. 136/2011 Sb., o oběhu bankovek a mincí. Cílem je přiblížit si základní pojmy měnového práva a souvislosti spojené s vývojem hotovosti od nejstarších dob. V práci je zanalyzována činnost České národní banky v této oblasti. Práce se věnuje hlavně současné úpravě oběhu bankovek a mincí v České republice a snaží se seznámit čtenáře i s unijní regulací. Klíčovou součástí je také objasnění budoucích tendencí v této oblasti, a to zejména s ohledem na rostoucí užívání digitálních měn.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with cash circulation in the light of Act No.136/2011 Coll., on the circulation of banknotes and coins. The aim is to introduce the basic terms of monetary law and the context of the development of cash since the earliest times. The thesis analyses the activities of the Czech National Bank in this area. The thesis focuses mainly on the current regulation of the circulation of banknotes and coins in the Czech Republic and tries to acquaint the reader with the EU regulation. A key part of the paper also explains future trends in this area, especially regarding the growing use of digital currencies.en
