dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením funkční nohy. V teoretické části je nejprve popsána kineziologie nohy, dále jsou rozebrány jednotlivé funkce nohy a definovány charakteristiky zdravé funkční nohy. Stručně jsou zmíněny i nejčastější deformity nohy. Sou-částí práce je také přehled rehabilitačních metod používaných ke zlepšení funkčnosti nohy. V praktické části byl vytvořen nový testovací protokol, který hodnotí funkčnost nohy na zákla-dě schopnosti nohu zkrátit, prodloužit, zúžit a rozšířit. Testování se zúčastnilo celkem 32 probandů. Výsledky ukázaly, že jen malý počet z nich splnil stanovená kritéria pro funkční nohu. Nejúspěšnějším pohybem bylo zkrácení nohy, zatímco největší obtíže měli probandi s rozšířením nohy. Také se ukázalo, že úspěšnost provedení jednotlivých pohybů závisela na dominanci končetiny. Vytvořený protokol přináší nový pohled na hodnocení funkční nohy a představuje jednoduchý a dobře dostupný způsob, jak otestovat funkčnost nohy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with evaluating the functional foot. The theoretical section first describes the kinesiology of the foot, discusses individual foot functions, and defines characteristics of a healthy and functional foot. The most common foot deformities are also briefly mentioned. Additionally, this section includes an overview of rehabilitation methods used to improve foot function. In the practical part, a new testing protocol was developed to assess foot functionality based on the foot's ability to shorten, lengthen, narrow, and widen. A total of 32 participants were tested. The results showed that only a small number of them met the defined criteria for a functional foot. The most successfully performed movement was shortening the foot, while the most challenging was widening it. The results also indicated that success in performing individual movements depended on limb dominance. The newly developed protocol provides a novel perspective on assessing foot functionality and represents a simple and easily accessible method for evaluating foot function.en
