dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce ověřuje možnost využití koncepce ošetřovatelského modelu ener- getických polí, konkrétně modelu "Jednotných lidí" M. Rogersové v ambulantní ošetřova- telské péči u pacientů s neuroboreliózou. Teoretická část shrnuje základní informace potřebné pro sestru při realizaci ošetřo- vatelského procesu dle teoretického modelu energetických polí M. Rogers u neurologických pacientů. Zejména jsou to informace o neuroborelióze, ošetřovatelském modelu energetických polí a o biorezonanci, jako hlavním nástroji v uplatnění modelu "Jednotných lidí". Praktická část je zaměřena na realizaci ošetřovatelského procesu pomocí vytvoře- ného ošetřovatelského postupu s využitím koncepce "Jednotných lidí" a na vyhodnocení úspěšnosti daného postupu prostřednictvím dvanácti funkčních vzorců zdraví M. Gordon.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis verifies the posibility of using the koncept of the nursing mo- del of energy fields, specifically "United People" model of M. Rogers, in outpatient nursing care for patiens with neuroborreliosis. The teoretical part summarizes the basic information needed for the nurse in the implementation of the nursing process acording to the teoretical model of M. Rogers ener- gy fields in neurological patiens. In particular, it is information on neuroborreliosis, the nursing model of energy fields and bioresonance, as the main tools in the application of the "United People" model. The practical part is focused on the implementation of the nursing process through the created nursing procedure using the concept of "United People" and on the evaluation of the success of the procedure through twelve functional patterns of health M. Gordon.en
