dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce s názvem "Udržitelný rozvoj neziskové organizace" se zabývá především neziskovým sektorem a neziskovými organizacemi se zaměřením na účelová zařízení církví, konkrétně Charitu. Cílem je na základě konceptu udržitelnosti s důrazem na finanční aspekty zhodnotit fungování konkrétní neziskové organizace. Konkrétní příklady finančních aspektů udržitelného rozvoje jsou uvedeny na příkladu vybraného účelového zařízení církví, kterým je Diecézní charita Plzeň. V prvních kapitolách je uvedeno teoretické vymezení neziskových organizací a církví a náboženských společností se zaměřením na jejich udržitelný rozvoj. Poté následuje část praktická, kde je problematika udržitelného rozvoje aplikována na vybraný subjekt. Nejprve je představena Diecézní charita Plzeň a dále jsou popsány možnosti financování a je provedena analýza poměrových ukazatelů. Na závěr je zhodnocena provedená analýza.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Master's thesis called "Sustainable development of a non-profit organisation" deals with the non-profit sector and with the non-profit organisations and special purpose facilities of the church, specifically the Caritas. Based on the concept of sustainability, with an emphasis on the financial aspects, the aim of this thesis is to evaluate the functioning of this non-profit organisation. Specific examples of the financial aspects of the sustainable development are demonstrated on the example of a selected special purpose facility of the church - the Diocesan Charity in Pilsen. The first chapters lay out the theoretical framework of the non-profit organisations and religious societies, focusing on their sustainable development, then followed by the practical part of the thesis, where the problematics of the sustainable development is being applied on the selected subject. In this part, the Diocesan Charity in Pilsen is introduced, followed by the description of financing possibilities and their ratio analysis. Finally, the analysis is interpreted and assessed.en
